Services

We manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and WhatsApp Business. We don't believe in spreading thin across every platform. Your strategy session will identify the 2–4 platforms where your ideal clients are most active — and we'll go deep on those rather than posting everywhere for the sake of it. Most professionals in regulated industries see the highest ROI from LinkedIn and Instagram, though this varies significantly by niche and target audience.
We handle 90% of the content production: writing, design, video editing, and scheduling. Your only regular commitment is a 30-minute monthly alignment call where we review your upcoming content, capture any business updates, and align on messaging. For video content, we may send you a simple shot list of 5–10 clips to record on your phone — usually 15–30 minutes of your time. You review and approve every piece before it goes live, and our approval turnaround is 48 hours or less.
Absolutely — content approval is built into our process, not an afterthought. Before each week's content is scheduled, you'll receive a preview in our client portal showing exactly what's being posted, when, and on which platform. You can approve with one click, request edits with comments, or flag anything that doesn't feel right. Nothing goes live without your thumbs-up. Growth and Pro plan clients also get a dedicated strategist they can message directly.
Yes. All plans include monthly video production as part of your content mix. The number of videos varies by plan (1–2 per month on standard plans, 4+ with the Video Production Add-on). We produce short-form video for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, as well as long-form content for LinkedIn and YouTube. For clients who want professional studio-quality production, our Video Production Add-on ($499/mo) includes a dedicated videography direction team.
We do not respond to DMs on your behalf — that crosses into impersonating you and creates compliance risk in regulated industries. What we do: we create a library of DM response templates tailored to your most common inquiries, set up automation to send initial responses within minutes, and flag high-priority conversations for you to handle personally. On Pro plans, we also monitor comments and engagement to help you identify and respond to the most valuable interactions.

Pricing & Billing

We bill monthly via Stripe, charged to your card on the same date each month. You'll receive an automated invoice after each payment. Yearly subscribers are charged the full discounted annual amount upfront, saving 15% compared to monthly billing. All pricing is in USD. We accept all major credit cards and some enterprise clients pay via ACH bank transfer — ask your strategist about this option.
No minimum contract — we work strictly month-to-month. We made this decision deliberately because we believe the best client relationships are built on results, not obligations. That said, social media marketing is a compounding strategy: the longer you work with us, the greater the results. Our average client tenure is 14 months, and most leave only because they've hired an in-house team using the systems we built. We'll always be transparent about what you can realistically expect and when.
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing month. You can also pause your plan for up to 60 days if you're going through a business transition — just let your strategist know at least 5 days before your next billing date. We're flexible because we've seen what happens to marketing when life gets complicated.
No — ad spend is a separate budget paid directly to the platforms and is never included in your BrokerBoost subscription. Think of it this way: we're the expert team that builds and manages your campaigns; the platforms are where you spend your budget. We'll always recommend an appropriate starting budget for your goals — typically $500–$2,000/month — but you have full control over that number and can start smaller.
Yes. If you have a team of 5+ professionals all needing individual social media management, or if you're an agency looking to white-label our services, we offer custom enterprise pricing. Typically this involves volume discounts, a shared strategy account manager, consolidated reporting, and custom content workflows. Book a strategy session and mention you're interested in enterprise options — we'll put together a proposal within 48 hours.

Timeline & Results

Timelines vary by starting point, but here's what most clients experience: In the first 30 days, you'll see measurable improvements in profile quality, content consistency, and initial engagement metrics. Between days 31–60, audience growth accelerates and inbound messages typically start increasing. By day 60–90, a steady flow of qualified leads is usually established. Authority-level results — media mentions, speaking invitations, significant deal flow attributed to social — typically emerge after 4–6 months of consistent, high-quality presence.
We've launched profiles from zero to 5,000+ engaged followers in 90 days — and it's one of our favorite challenges. Starting fresh means no bad content to undo, no outdated branding to work around. We build your audience strategically from day one, targeting the exact profile of your ideal client using hashtag strategy, collaboration tactics, and targeted content. For professionals starting from scratch, we also recommend a modest paid advertising budget ($300–$500/month) to accelerate the early follower growth phase.
Every client receives a monthly performance dashboard that tracks: follower growth (net and gross), engagement rate, reach and impressions, inbound DM and inquiry volume, lead capture conversions, and paid campaign ROAS (if applicable). We set agreed-upon KPIs during your onboarding call and hold ourselves accountable to them in monthly reviews. If a metric is underperforming, we explain why and what we're changing — not just show you a pretty graph.
Week 1 is discovery and strategy — your brand audit, competitor analysis, ICP workshop, and 90-day roadmap. Weeks 2–3 are production — we build your first 30-day content library, refresh your profiles, and set up your approval workflow. Week 4 is systems — lead capture, email sequences, analytics, and ad accounts. By day 28, your channels are live, scheduled, and running. Day 30 is your first check-in call where we review early metrics and confirm you're happy with the direction.

Technical

We never ask for personal passwords. Instead, we use official platform tools designed for agency access: Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Company Page admin access, and similar role-based permissions. For scheduling and analytics, we use enterprise-grade tools where you can grant specific permissions without sharing login credentials. You can revoke our access at any time with one click. We take account security seriously — our team undergoes security training and we never store platform credentials.

Before writing a single word of content, we review the regulatory environment for your specific profession and jurisdiction — FINRA, RESPA, state bar advertising rules, HIPAA considerations, FTC disclosure requirements, and more.
